Rental Rates
Our apartment is available on a minimum of 4 days stay. During High-season (July-August) a minimum of one week, with change over days being Saturdays.

Rental rates are for the entire property.

Meet-and-greet and changeover
We ask our guests to arrive after 3 pm, and vacate by 10 am in order for our meet-and-greet person to clean and prepare for the next guests. Arrivals after 20:00 may be charged 45EUR from our meet-and-greet person. Early-bird check-out (before 9:00) is charged with 45EUR. Excessive waiting-time for our meet-and-greet person is charged with 35EUR/hour.
We have a lovely meet-and-greet person who will meet you upon arrival, and be your main contact person during your stay should anything happen.
Cleaning fee and linnen&towels
A mandatory cleaning&service fee of 150 EUR is added to the rental rates. If you wish to rent linnen&towels&beachtowels, that is possible for a cost of 25EUR/person. You can of course choose to bring your own.
Security Deposit
A security-deposit of 250EUR is requested. This is paid back within two weeks after your stay if nothing is claimed
Payment
Payment is made with bank-transfer.
Reservation
A 25% downpayment is required in order to reserve our apartment. The rest of the rent, including the security deposit is payable 6 weeks before your stay. The amount for cleaning and linnen&towels is payable directly to our meet-and-greet person upon arrival.
Parking
A free parkinglot is there for your usage should you come by car
